From 1,500 to 31,000 gallons.   Our material of construction include mild steel, stainless and fiberglass - some with side mount mixers, some heated, some insulated.   Total storage volume is approximately 750,000 gallons.
 

Reactors
Steam Heated - Dedicated Condenser & Receiver Nitrogen Sparge or Blanket Compatibility. Agitation & Load Cells Capacities: 140–2,000- 6,000 and 13,000 Gallons.

Blend Tanks
Capacities: 150–750–6,200–7,000–8,000 and 10,000 Gallons.

Process Equipment
Miscellaneous:   Liquid Nitrogen for Reactors.  Cooling Towers. Chiller–60 tons @ 420F. 
Homogenizer: Gaulin - 6,000 GPH

Silicones, Emulsions, Oil Base, Water Base and Ester Defoamers.  Cold or Hot blends, High heat/High shear blends, and High temperature reactions.
